Asynchronous video interviewing is the perfect technology for first-round interviews. It enables candidates to complete the interview at their convenience and recruiters to review the candidate’s responses at a suitable time. It also lends itself perfectly to a structured interview format. Structured interviews are considerably more predictive of on-the-job performance than the more typical unstructured type of interview. In which languages are SciRec assessments available?
At present, our platform is only available in English. However, we plan to add other languages in future and are happy to accommodate clients who require other languages. If you need additional languages, please contact us here.
Can I use SciRec for my own existing or future assessments?
Yes, our robust platform has all the most common question types (and even some uncommon ones), and scoring options and weighting to meet nearly any needs.
Does the platform have anti-cheating technology?
Yes, we use several methods to protect against cheating: forced full screen (violations logged), pasting disabled, and some assessment items can help detect dishonest patterns of responding.
Do candidates see the results of their assessments?
Optionally, yes. This is a setting controlled by the assessing company.
