Video Interviewing (coming soon)

Asynchronous video interviewing is the perfect technology for first-round interviews. It enables candidates to complete the interview at their convenience and recruiters to review the candidate’s responses at a suitable time. It also lends itself perfectly to a structured interview format. Structured interviews are considerably more predictive of on-the-job performance than the more typical unstructured type of interview.
