Assessment

We don’t offer the most tests, but we do offer the best tests. We follow the scientific literature and develop only those tests that are most predictive of on-the-job performance. We scientifically validate all our tests so you can be confident they actually work. We’ll recommend which assessments best suit your needs when hiring for a particular position, and we’ll also advise you how to weigh the different assessments in order to maximize overall predictive validity. 

We also offer a comprehensive assessment creation tool so you can develop your own assessments or import assessments you are already using.
