Not all tests are suitable for all vacancies. We’ll give you bespoke advice on which tests to use for each vacancy, as well as what weighting to give to each assessment in order to maximize the predictive validity of the test battery.

In which languages are SciRec assessments available?
Can I use SciRec for my own existing or future assessments?

Yes, our robust platform has all the most common question types (and even some uncommon ones), and scoring options and weighting to meet nearly any needs.

Does the platform have anti-cheating technology?

Yes, we use several methods to protect against cheating: forced full screen (violations logged), pasting disabled, and some assessment items can help detect dishonest patterns of responding.

Do candidates see the results of their assessments?

Optionally, yes. This is a setting controlled by the assessing company.
